I Cheer You On

To all the mothers who have
watched their children grow,
And then were brave enough to let them go.
To the fathers who gave dignity, not shame,
To the families who are more than just a fam'ly name.

To the teacher who sees the future in their eyes,
To the pastor who stayed true
to the calling and the prize;
To the servant in a system
that's begun to seem absurd,
To the singer or the dreamer
who is faithful yet unheard.

Chorus:
I cheer you on!
Did you think that no one noticed?
Did you think you were alone?
To each one who has made the choice
for right instead of wrong,
Your Heavenly Father smiles,
and I, I cheer you on.

To the one who stands unwaiv'ring
when temptation comes to call,
To the one who has forgiven the greatest hurt of all;
You're a remnant of the way, He wanted us to be
In a remnant of the world He wanted us to see.

Chorus:
I cheer you on!
Did you think that no one noticed?
Did you think you were alone?
To each one who has made the choice
for right instead of wrong,
Your Heavenly Father smiles,
and I, I cheer you on.

(1 key higher)
I cheer you on!
Did you think that no one noticed?
Did you think you were alone?
To each one who has made the choice
for right instead of wrong,
Your Heavenly Father smiles,
and I, I cheer you on.

Coda:
And I, I cheer you on.
I cheer you on.
I cheer you on.
I cheer you on!

I Believe

Verse 1
I believe that God made the universe in just the span of six days,
I believe that Noah built a mighty boat that floated safe on the waves;
I believe that Daniel slept his cares away on the floor of the lions' den,
I believe that the word of God is sure and points our hearts to Him.

CHORUS
I believe, I believe, From Genesis to Revelation, yes, Lord, I believe;
That Your word is sure, Your love is pure, Your grace I now receive,
the two words of my heart, Lord, I believe.

Verse 2
I believe that Mary had a baby boy, but Joseph was not his dad,
I believe that Jesus lived a perfect life, No one else ever has;
I believe that He died on a rugged cross to pay for all my sins,
I believe that early on the third day my Savior rose again.

CHORUS
I believe, I believe, From Genesis to Revelation, yes, Lord, I believe;
That Your word is sure, Your love is pure, Your grace I now receive,
the two words of my heart, Lord,
the two words of my heart, Lord,
the two words of my heart, Lord, I Believe

He's Still on the Throne

I
A sinner now saved, Blood washed by a Lamb;
My Brother's a King, the Son of I Am.
Sometimes I forget, to whom I belong,
Then the sweet Spirit cries,
My child, I'm still on the throne"

CHORUS
He's still on the throne (He's still on the throne)
So what could be wrong. (So what could be wrong)
It's well with my soul (It is well with my soul)
Let the stormy winds blow (Let the stormy winds blow)
I'm reminded today (I'm reminded today)
Praise God I am saved. (Hallelujah I am saved.)
Salvation's sweet song while ages roll on,
He's still on the throne.

II
Though Satan has power, & sometimes I'm weak.
And times I give up & he walks over me
But then Someone comes by with words loud & strong
Arise my child, it is I & I'm still on the throne

CHORUS
He's still on the throne (He's still on the throne)
So what could be wrong. (So what could be wrong)
It's well with my soul (It is well with my soul)
Let the stormy winds blow (Let the stormy winds blow)
I'm reminded today (I'm reminded today)
Praise God I am saved. (Hallelujah I am saved.)
Salvation's sweet song while ages roll on,
He's still on the throne.

Salvation's sweet song while ages roll on,
He's still on the throne.
He's still on the throne.

He's Holding On To Me

There's a path along life's highway
So common and well trod
By the shoes of burdened Christians
Who won't put their trust in God
They've been born of the Spirit,
But they live by what they see
So they trust in their own effort,
Never living in belief

Chorus:
I'm not holding on to Jesus, he's holding on to me
He died and rose again to set me free
I am resting in the Spirit, not afraid of what will be
I'm not holding on to Jesus, He's holding on to me

If you're living in the dungeon
In the heavy chains of fear
Don't live another minute
In the lies you're holding dear
The chains have all been shattered,
The light is streaming in
You can't close your eyes forever
To the One who lives within

Chorus:
I'm not holding on to Jesus, he's holding on to me
He died and rose again to set me free
I am resting in the Spirit, not afraid of what will be
I'm not holding on to Jesus, He's holding on to me

Repeat Chorus
I'm not holding on to Jesus, He's holding on to me
I'm not holding on to Jesus, He's holding on to me

Here Am I

So many lost and dying in this world today
Have you heard their crying
Or do you turn away
The harvest now is plenteous
But the laborers are few.
God needs some willing vessels to be used.

Chorus:
Here am I
I will go
I will reach the lost untold
I will give the Lord control
I will tell them of the crimson flow.

Is it too late for caring
Does Jesus really save
Are we truly praying
For the blind to find their way
Little children are falling into
A burning Hell
Will anyone heed the calling to go and tell?

Chorus:
Here am I
I will go
I will reach the lost untold
I will give the Lord control
I will tell them of the crimson flow.

Bridge:
For my Saviour died
On that old rugged cross
He thought of me when
He counted the cost
How can I say that I love Him
If I don't reply?

Chorus:
Here am I
I will go
I will reach the lost untold
I will give the Lord control
I will tell them of the crimson flow.
